Director with Educational Oversight
Marie has educational oversight of Mower’s Ark. Marie has been a SEN teacher for 30 years. Marie is a PHSE specialist at a local Wellingborough Special School and is skilled at providing educational activities that are tailored to individual strengths.
Marie provides guidance in the operational running of Mower’s Ark and will advises on educational strategies.
Marie completes regular quality assurance audits on the service.
Director and Operations Manager
Ben has worked in care and support for disabled individuals for the last ten years. He is passionate about supporting individuals to reach their potential and has excellent skills in care and support for those with more profound learning disabilities and complex health needs.
Benjamin is a passionate leader who is able to make activities meaningful and engaging for those with more complex needs by an ability to differentiate tasks to individual needs

Founder, Managing Director & Safeguarding Lead
Angelica has vast experience in working with individuals with learning disabilities and complex health needs. She has managed registered specialist services for the past eleven years and is highly experienced in implementing personalised support services as well as quality improvement and leading outstanding service provision.
Angelica has achieved Chartered Manager status and is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
Parent Representative Director
Richard is dad to Daisy, who is now 23.
Richard is a local GP, formerly a Partner in Corby and now part time in Rothwell and Desborough.
Richards 35 years experience of family medicine has encompassed a wide experience and much involving disability of all kinds.
Daisy has 4 siblings and Emma her Mum and Richard's wife is a Nurse at Kettering General Hospital.
As a family they have plenty of lived experience of disability, the health and social care systems and the challenges encountered in all areas of family and professional life.
Richard says he hopes to bring what he has learned from these experiences to benefit the marvellous organisation that is Mowers ark.
