Angelica has vast experience in working with individuals with learning disabilities and complex health needs. She has managed registered specialist services  for the past eight years and is highly experienced in implementing personalised support services as well as quality improvement and leading outstanding service provision.

Angelica has achieved Chartered Manager status and is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.

Director with Educational Oversight

Marie has educational oversight of Mower’s Ark.  Marie has been a SEN teacher for 30 years.  Marie is a PHSE specialist at a local Wellingborough Special School and is skilled at providing educational activities that are tailored to individual strengths.

Marie will provide guidance in the operational running of Mower’s Ark and will advise on educational strategies for individuals.

Marie will complete regular quality assurance audits on the service.

Director and Activity Co-Ordinator

Ben has worked in care and support for disabled individuals for the last six years.  He is passionate about supporting individuals to reach their potential and has excellent skills in care and support for those with more profound learning disabilities and complex health needs.  Benjamin is a passionate activity planner who is able to make activities meaningful and engaging for those with more complex needs by an ability to differentiate tasks to individual needs
